Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
